CANCELLATION POLICY

 Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing to forum@ita.sport.
 If written notification of cancellation is received before 13 April 2026, full refund paid minus a 20 CHF administrative fee will be refunded. No refund will be issued from 13 April 2026.
 All reimbursements will be processed after the conclusion of the forum.
